What is WPS?
WPS is a modern e-procurement solution that maps the entire digital procurement process: from requisition to invoicing. With a focus on user-friendliness, automation, and seamless integration, WPS offers everything companies need for efficient, transparent, and compliant procurement.
Who is WPS suitable for?
WPS is industry-independent and ideal for companies of all sizes, ranging from small to medium-sized businesses to international corporations. Thanks to its multi-client capability, multilingualism, and modular architecture, WPS adapts flexibly to different requirements.
Which ERP systems can WPS connect to?
WPS is compatible with SAP (SRM, MM, S/4HANA), Oracle, Navision, and many other systems. Integration is done via OCI, cXML, API, or remote search. Hybrid system landscapes are also supported.
What does SAP integration mean, and what is SAP Clean Core?
WPS integrates seamlessly into SAP systems, enabling orders, invoices, and master data to be exchanged automatically without media discontinuity or double entry. WPS adheres to the SAP Clean Core principle, which means that all customizations and process logic are implemented outside the SAP core. This keeps the SAP system low-maintenance, upgradeable, and flexible, without the need for complex in-house developments.
Is WPS only available as SaaS?
No. In addition to SaaS, WPS also offers dedicated ASP models or on-premise installations, giving customers flexibility in terms of data protection, operation, and IT strategy.
How long does it take to implement WPS?
Depending on the scope of the project, implementation usually takes 3–6 months. Agile process models enable gradual rollout in individual modules or regions.
Are there training courses for WPS?
Yes. Online tutorials, user guides, classroom-based training courses, and individual webinars are available, tailored to specific user roles (e.g., purchasers, approvers, administrators).
What support options are available for WPS?
Support is provided by an experienced team that speaks both German and English. A ticket portal, telephone support, FAQs, and online help assist you in your day-to-day business.
